How buying Agentic UI Kit works. The rights you get to the product itself are in the license.

Seller

Agentic UI Kit is sold by Valtiant, Uruguay (the "Licensor"). Payment, taxes and invoices are handled by Polar, the merchant of record for every sale.

What you buy

A Solo license for one developer, for a one-time price of US$149. It is not a subscription. The license covers unlimited projects and all 1.x updates. What you may do with the product is set out in the Agentic UI Kit License, which you accept by using the product.

Payment

You pay on the hosted checkout of Polar. This site never sees your card details. Any taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Delivery

After payment, Polar sends you the kit download and a license key. The license key is also your access token for the private registry. Keep it secret: it identifies your license, and sharing it is not allowed under the license.

Refunds

14-day refund: if the kit is not right for you, write to support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. A refund revokes your license key, which ends registry access. This does not limit any right you have under applicable consumer law.

The product is digital content delivered immediately after payment, and by completing the purchase you ask for immediate delivery. The 14-day refund above applies regardless of any statutory right of withdrawal; to ask for it, write to support with your order email. Refunds are paid by Polar to the original payment method.

Updates

All 1.x updates are included in the price, and the 1.x version you bought stays yours for good. If a 2.x major version is released, it will be a separate purchase; it does not affect your 1.x license.

Governing law

These terms and the license are governed by the laws of Uruguay, as set out in the license, without limiting any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
