Point of sale and back office for a small chain of retail stores: a register with a touch product grid, category chips, a barcode or SKU field with check-digit validation, a cart with quantity, line and order discounts (a manager PIN above the limit), line notes, customer attach with loyalty points, held sales and split payment in cash, card and gift card with exact change in integer cents, then a receipt to print or email; shifts with an opening float, pay in and out, a closing count by note and coin and the variance against expected cash; orders and returns with search of past sales, refund and exchange by unit with a reason and manager approval; products and inventory with size and color variants, stock per store, low-stock alerts from real sales, transfers between stores and purchase orders you receive; customers and loyalty with tiers, points and rewards; reports of takings by hour and day, top products, payment mix and a per-store comparison; and settings for stores, registers, tax classes, the receipt template and staff roles with PINs.
